Can you see the gift bags on Tess's arms? She's been in a giving mood recently - wanting to re-gift many of her toys and give to friends at daycare. It's funny that my first reaction was - WHAT? Why are you giving stuff away!!! When really I should have been impressed with her generous heart. I have had to monitor what goes in the bags, as I noticed a blanket I knitted for her as a baby was getting ready to be given... I've only knitted 2 things ever - so SORRY that one must stay! Otherwise, even some things I thought she'd later regret giving away, I've let her give, biting my tongue, so as not to destroy her eager spirit. They say to give is better to receive - and at least for the moment, Tess seems to agree!
